Richard Panciera
AIA, LEED AP, CPHT, Senior Associate and Director of Design Technology

Richard Panciera develops Annum’s technical standards. He contributes his deep understanding of building technology, materials, and construction systems for multiple projects at ABA, addressing building enclosures, materials, codes, and technology issues; quality control and assurance; project delivery; constructability; construction management processes; and historic preservation. Ric’s work at ABA includes the Simons Building for Mathematics at MIT; the University of Chicago’s Saieh Hall for Economics; the US Embassy in Athens, Greece; renovation and restoration of the Cambridge Public Library; and the adaptive re-use of the Liberty Hotel. 

Ric Panciera holds a Master of Architecture Degree from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology. He is a board member of the Boston Society for Architecture Building Enclosure Council and serves as a guest design studio reviewer at Wentworth Institute.
